Shipping Questions

Please allow up 4-6 business days for processing as all orders are made to order. Priority shipping does not mean we will process your order any quicker, it will just speed the process up once it arrives at the post office. 

All orders are shipped USPS First Class mail and tracking will be provided for each order with the email provided. We are not responsible for lost packages, if you believe your package is lost, you should file a claim with USPS. Once the package has been claimed by the postal service, Sulay Clay is no longer responsible for the package. The information you get with your tracking number is the same information that I have. 

If you would like to purchase insurance, contact me before purchasing at an additional cost. 

According to USPS, please allow 20 business days before filing a claim for a lost package, or 40 days for international. Please wait the full time before reaching out about a lost package. Shipping times vary due to COVID, so please prepare for that when ordering. 

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


Return and Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges or returns on earrings. If your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.

Care and materials

Polymer Clay is lightweight and durable but hsould be handles with care. Avoid wetting earrings. If dirty or stained you can use a soft cloth with soap water or a q-tip with acetone and gently wipe the surface.
